Delete your account

GigSwipe users can permanently delete their account and associated data from inside the app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open GigSwipe and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, listings, discovery activity, matches, conversations, notifications, analytics linked to your user ID, profile photos, portfolio images, gig photos, and chat uploads are removed.

What may be retained

Safety reports may be anonymized and retained where needed to prevent fraud, investigate disputes, protect users, or comply with law. Retained records are no longer connected to an active public profile.

Account deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you return to GigSwipe.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@wishngrant.com from a reachable address and include the phone number used for your GigSwipe account. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
